Terms of Service

The App is designed to help users efficiently schedule and manage events. The App uses user's data solely to schedule events and perform related actions based on user instructions. We do not sell, share, or use your data for any purposes outside the scope of this functionality.

2.1. Account Creation:

To use the App, you may need to connect your Google account. By doing so, you grant the App permission to access Google Calendar and Google People APIs under the permissions you authorize.

2.2. Accuracy of Information:

You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information when using the App.

2.3. Account Security:

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and are liable for any activity that occurs under your account.

3.1. Limited Data Use:

The App only accesses and processes user data (e.g., calendar events, contacts) to perform scheduling tasks as explicitly directed by you.

3.2. Third-Party APIs:

The App integrates with Google Calendar and Google People APIs. By using the App, you also agree to Google's terms and policies, including but not limited to the Google API Services User Data Policy.

3.3. Data Storage:

The App may temporarily store information to facilitate scheduling tasks. Any stored data is encrypted and securely handled.

3.4. Revoking Access:

You can revoke the App's access to your Google account at any time by visiting your Google account settings.

4.1. Compliance:

You agree to use the App in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

4.2. Prohibited Activities:

You agree not to:

• Use the App for unlawful purposes.
• Interfere with the App's operations or attempt unauthorized access.
• Use the App to infringe on the rights of others.

5.1. App Availability:

We strive to ensure the App is available and functions as intended. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service and may update, modify, or suspend the App at any time without prior notice.

5.2. No Warranty:

The App is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

5.3. Limitation of Liability:

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QuickWord, its developers, and affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the App.

6.1. Ownership:

All content, design, and features of the App, excluding user-provided data, are owned by QuickWord or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

6.2. User Feedback:

By providing feedback or suggestions about the App, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use and implement your feedback without obligation.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the App. Upon termination, you must cease using the App.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes by posting the updated Terms in the App or through other communication methods. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
